Furniture Painting 101
Have you wanted to join fun of furniture painting with chalk-type paint but don’t know where to start? Come join us to learn what it’s all about in this 3-hour workshop! Participants will learn the basics of painting furniture with no sanding or priming, using VOC-free Chalk and Clay paint on a sample project. Come learn something new, get a little dirty and have a lot of fun in the process!
We will Cover:
- Prepping an item for painting
- Applying paint in different ways
- Distressing techniques
- Creating different effects with dry brushing & applying a wash
- Finishing options
- How to decoupage
This workshop includes all paint, brushes, supplies and project. While watching paint dry, treats and water will be available!
